Adults can have braces
at any age and choose them for many different reasons. Several reasons
include, but are not limited to : crown and bridge preparation,
other types of prosthetic treatment, functional or bite problems,
abnormal wearing of teeth, or purely esthetic enhancement.
We offer metal brackets which are worn on
the outside, or lip side, of you teeth. Clear Brackets can be used
on the upper arch which are harder to notice. Lingual brackets are
worn on the inside, or tongue side, of your teeth. Not all bite
problems can be corrected with lingual braces. Dr. Girgis can evaluate
